Broccoli Muffins
mozzarella 125 gr.
flour 3 tbsp.
(whole grain)
2 eggs
carrot 1
broccoli sprig
corn

I add eggs into a bowl, rub raw carrots and mozzarella, chop broccoli, add a lot of corn, add flour and mix everything thoroughly.
In muffin forms, lower mode with convection, 200° C / 390°F, heated oven, 20 minutes.
