Muffins with apricots

Muffins with apricots 🍽️
1 egg
2 tbsp yogurt
30 g. of butter
7 tbsp flour (whole grain)
apricots 4 pcs.

Mix all ingredients, melted butter, add chopped apricots.
I put it in cupcake molds (6 pieces).
I bake in a heated stove, in convection mode, 180 °C 350 °F convection mode 25 minutes
