Casserole with zucchini
– 1 carrot
– zucchini 1 pc.
– 1 tomato
– a small piece of onion
– cheese 100-150 grams (I have mozzarella)
– 2 eggs
– 300 grams of minced meat (I have chicken)

The minced meat was stewed in a pan with onions and carrots for 5 minutes. I added a chopped tomato and stewed for another 10-15 minutes, stirring. Grated the zucchini and squeezed out excess moisture. I put minced meat in a baking dish, spread grated zucchini on top, pour an egg beaten with a fork and cover with mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake, Preheated oven, lower mode 180 °C / 350 °F 35 minutes
