Baked zucchini

Baked zucchini 🍽️
– 1 zucchini
– 1 glass of flour
(whole grain)
– 2 eggs
– Mozzarella 125 grams
or other cheese
– tomatoes 2 pcs.

I cut zucchini into rings. Two bowls: flour in one, eggs in the other. Dip the zucchini in the egg, then in the flour and again in the egg (egg-flour-egg). I put it in a form greased with butter.
lower mode with convection 20 minutes 180 °C / 350 °F
I mix chopped tomatoes with grated cheese, sprinkle zucchini and send it to the oven for another 10 minutes.
